A working cattle farm. The room, the terraces, the creek green space. 175 seated indoors. 250+ across the terraces. Room to grow when you use both. The Shed scales from an intimate retirement dinner to a large family reunion.
Outdoor events above the recommended indoor capacity need a specific weather plan; the same high-count terrace setup cannot move indoors unchanged. See the capacity details.

Styling, Setup & Reset
Walk in and it's already done.
The Shed already brings warm timber, collected details, distinctive lighting, terraces, and a sense of place. Marie does not begin by trying to turn it into a different room. She works with its existing character through the layout, tables, linens, color, and personal details. The pieces included in your proposal are pre-set so you can arrive as the host rather than the setup crew.

During the live event, your caterer, planner, or service team handles bussing, ongoing trash, and spills. The Shed stays quietly available for property needs, then restores the venue afterward.

Celebration Pricing
Four hours.
One real place.
4-hour celebration blocks from $950 – Sunday afternoons, weekday evenings, and Friday dayparts.
Includes tables and chairs, climate-controlled interior, outdoor terraces, full catering kitchen (double oven, 18' serving table, ice machine), and parking. The creek green space is available for larger gatherings that spill beyond the terraces.
Saturday celebrations are welcome when the date is open. Marie will confirm the best available block for your event.
Alcohol allowed; not provided. Licensed bartender and event liability insurance required.
