The short version

When you request a tour, send an event plan, ask about availability, or request a guide, The Shed at Papa's Creek uses the information you provide to deliver what you requested and respond personally about your event. Submitting one of these forms does not place you on a promotional email list.

Information you choose to share

Depending on the form you use, you may share:

• Your name, email address, and optional phone number
• Your event type, preferred date, guest count, and tour-time request
• Your company name or event brief
• The story, preferences, questions, and planning details you include in an Event Direction

Please do not include payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information that is not needed to discuss your event.

How we use form information

We use form information to:

• Provide a requested guide or planning result
• Respond to an inquiry and discuss availability, tours, pricing, or event details
• Prepare for a conversation with you and keep reasonable records of that conversation
• Protect the forms from spam or misuse

If The Shed later offers optional planning emails, joining them will require a separate, clear choice. An ordinary inquiry is not permission for unrelated promotional email.

Website measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to understand general website use, such as page views, sessions, approximate location, device and browser information, and actions like clicking for directions or submitting a form. The site does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, or other form-field contents to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics uses a first-party cookie to distinguish visits. You can limit cookies in your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Services that help operate this site

Information may be handled by service providers only as needed to operate the website and respond to you:

• Netlify hosts the website, processes form submissions, and filters spam.
• Google Workspace supports the business email used to receive and answer inquiries.
• Google Analytics provides the website measurements described above.
• Google Maps provides the embedded map and directions links used on the site.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. The Shed does not sell or rent the personal information submitted through this website.

How long information is kept

We keep inquiry and event-planning information only as long as it is reasonably useful for responding to you, working with you, maintaining business records, or meeting legal obligations. Form submissions that are no longer needed can be deleted from the website's form system.

Your choices

If the website begins using a new form, email platform, advertising tool, or other service that materially changes how visitor information is handled, this page will be updated.
